Delivery times + Shipping costs
Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday) with DPD and are typically delivered the next working day. Shipping is €5.95 on all orders under €59.95 and free over €60 (Excluding shipments to Europe €25 flat fee).
What is the return policy?
Returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
For defective goods, they'll inspect the item and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe, with any refund processed within 30 days of approval.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
When will I get my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number automatically when your parcel has been scanned at DPD's fulfilment centre.
Do we ship to the United Kingdom & USA?
Unfortunately we do not currently ship to the United kingdom & the USA. We only ship to Ireland & Europe at this time.
When will my Karakal club account be approved?
Karakal Club accounts are subject to approval by our team and typically are accepted and set up in 2-5 business days.
